Maker’s Weekend

ACE was brought on by Summit to manage their partnership with Autodesk. Pulling from our unique skill-set and passion for “making” the DIY movement and all things technology we were floored. To kick things off we concepted and created an interactive Maker Lab at the top of Powder Mountain in Summit’s Skylodge. We then planned and produced a weekend event and film shoot to capture the magic and give momentum to the relationship.

OHANA for Daize Shayne Goodwin

Daize Shayne Goodwin, Jen O’ Hill, and Oliver Peoples West approached us to be the lynch-pin for their backyard gala launching Daize’s private photography collection and Oliver Peoples new brand and line, Oliver Peoples West.

A custom rustic photo wall was built curved around the main area to focus people’s energy and bring the gallery vibe outside to meet our Malibu beach house energy. Music was provided by DJ Nikki and catering by Chef Alan Del Toro of Barnyard Venice. Traditional sign painter Colt Bowden crafted the title wall. And many esteemed guests provided lots of fun.

Summit Outside 2013

ACE Work was tasked to creatively concept and produce Summit Series’ 2013 marque event, Summit Outside. ACE lead the creative concept, environment and visual design, event layout, build out logistics, contractor management, sourcing, and other odds and ends. With a short planning phase and only a 90 day project window it was a true test for our capacity.
